How to update BIOS on Windows mode:
1.Upzip this BIOS file in your local hard disk folder like C:\TEMP; there will be files inculud Joybook T31 V1.22 (2.0.0.6).EXE
2.Close all runnig application and jobs
3.Run the upzipped file like Joybook T31 V1.22 (2.0.0.6).EXE
4.follow the hint procedure by click Next
5.system will be automatically reboot
6.There will be a BIOS flashing screen after reboot
7.After finished flashing BIOS, system will reboot again to windows
8.It will show a message window: BIOS has been flashed.

1. Fix display issue after reboot. |

How to update BIOS:
1) Download BIOS file from BenQ web site.
2) Unzip this BIOS file in your local hard disk folder like C:\TEMP\
3) Prepare one bootable floppy disk or bootable CD and insert to CDROM
4) Using this bootable floppy disk or CD boot to DOS mode
5) Go to the BIOS file folder like C:\TEMP\
6) Run the file “bios.bat”, after finish bios updated, system will auto power off.
7) Press power button to power on system,while BenQ logo appears, press F2 to enter BIOS menu,
8) Select "Default Values" in Exit field and then press "Enter"
9) It will popup a window that shows "Do you wish to change the current setup to the system default values?",please select "OK" and press "Enter"
10) Select "Save and Exit" in Exit field to save and exit Bios setup
How to confirm BIOS version:
1. Power on the system.
2. Press F2 key.
3. The version is showed on the screen.
Release note:
1) To fix the problem of inappropriate BIOS boot information found as“ FOR EVALUATION ONLY. NOT FOR RESALE”
2) Normally end users will not see this information unless“quiet boot” function is disabled under BIOS mode.
